On the seafront of Porto Sant’Elpidio, in front of a splendid pine forest kissed by the sea, the B&B Villino Giovanna is born.
The cottage was built with love by our mother, passing on to us daughters the passion and hospitality for guests. We are 50 M from the beach and walking through gardens and pedestrian areas, in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the town center. A step away from us is a long cycle path that joins our splendid promenade from north to south for about 7 km. A few meters from Villino Giovanna we find a market, ice cream parlor, restaurants, bars, tobacconists and a pharmacy.
